Description:
Always offer drinks in the bar first, if not seat at a table (smoking/non). Inform duty manager of any visitors for business; offer an appropriate table for them to wait at. Regularly circulate your section, checking on guests. Address guests with only a little time, on suitable dishes. Assist all guests with interpretation/explanation of the menu. Advise guests with any specific dietary needs or preferences on suitable dishes.
